  1. Offer value addition courses on general  & technical aptitude, communication , foreign languages, event management, entrepreneurship development programs etc.,
  2. Conduct regular placement readiness workshops on personality development; resume writing, group discussion, technical and personal interview along with specific programs like NCCMP.
  3. To engage students in real time assignments through Corporate Synthesis module which involves extensive research  with the help of PROWESS -CMIE data base on a regular basis
  4. To open a web based Placement portal for the benefit of probable employees and also release a placement brochure  to achieve a maximum placements per batch
  5. Training on the Project Management, a registered course by the Project Management Institute.
  6. In association with the Queens Land University training on SAP is conducted.

  • Dr.J.Clement Sudhahar, Associate Professor in KSBLM has received a research project grant of Rs.7,71,000 from ICSSR, New Delhi for his project entitled “Designing Interactive communication models for promoting products of tiny and small scale industries in Coimbatore district”
  • Dr.N.Rajagopal, Associate Professor in KSBLM has received a research project  grant of Rs.4,79,450  from ICSSR, New Delhi for his project entitled “Performance and its socio-economic impact of Thrift and Credit Machanism of Neighbourhood Groups(NHGs) of Kudumbasree: A Comparative Study between Beneficiaries of Tribals and Non-Tribals in the District of Palakkad, Kerala.”
